Since I was 9 years old, my mountain expedition started from Qinghai Lake, crossed the vast plateau, arrived at the Tianshan Mountains and grasslands in Xinjiang, and then returned all the way to the nature reserve in Sichuan. This is not only a challenge of physical fitness and will, but also an ecological journey deep into nature.
Along the way, I witnessed the miracle of life in the Qinghai Lake migratory bird habitat, observed wildlife in the forests of Xinjiang, and learned about ecological restoration and species protection in the alpine nature reserve in Sichuan.
